Djibouti pleads for transcontinental to Senegal By Free Boss

On the sidelines of the African Union summit in Addis Ababa, Djiboutian President Ismail Omar Guelleh met on Saturday with his Senegalese counterpart Macky Sall, pleading for the implementation of a railway project Will link Djibouti to Dakar.
